This Easter Weekend (Limited Opportunity) 

This Easter Weekend Special will provide you access to a 12 week structured program designed to be one of the most proven fitness programs in 2026. Developed over the past 4 years, this proven program is built to adapt to the individuals functional capability and is now being introduced on its official rollout at Goodlife South Melbourne in its official 2026 launch.  

It’s build on the method of building physical resilience, education, and habit development to support long term health and fitness backed by exercise science principles and 35 years of sports, fitness and community wellbeing coaching experience. 

You will be guided through every phase of the program biweekly F2F instruction supported by ongoing monitoring, assessment and coaching. You will also have full access to all program videos and progression phases through the “easy-to-use” Trainerize app and platform. 

The RK 12 Week Physical Resilience Program is designed for individuals who want clear direction, proper instruction, and accountability while maintaining flexibility to train around their lifestyle.
